UGLee Ergonomic Pen Review and Giveaway!

I've always hated writing. Mainly because I would always get hand cramps from the uncomfortable pens. Needless to say I was quite excited to have the opportunity to try out the UGLee Pen! I've tried many different brands of pens all with the same results, hand cramping! I normally go for the pretty colored pens since they all are uncomfortable I might as well have something pretty!

What is an UGLee pen you might ask, Well it's an ergonomic pen. The name UGLee stands for "Ulitmate Grip Pen" by Dr. James Lee. The UGLee pen was designed for every hand, from big to small. This pen is great for everyone who writes even if your just writing a grocery list. It also provides relief for someone who experiences pain or discomfort, for example MS, CTS, and Arthritis.

While writing my grocery list with the UGLee pen I noticed how comfortable it was for me to write. I enjoy writing and even doodling now! This pen is also very helpful for my four year old daughter who is learning how to write letters. The UGLee pen fits nicely in her tiny hands and is easier for her to use. She also like the "squishy" part of the pen. I keep one in my purse so I have an UGLee pen at all times with me, in case I need to jot something down. One thing that I did notice is that the grip part does fade slightly and can attract some hair or lint. Having a cat this doesn't bother me to much but could bother others.

You can purchase a package of three pens for $19.99 on their website. You can choose from a variety of colors and you can even purchase ink refills!

One lucky Oh Darling Reader will win one 3-pack of UGLee Pens in a random color! Enter through the rafflecopter below. US Only.

a Rafflecopter giveaway I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Too Faced Better than false lashes : Review

I've used many different brands of mascaras. All of which had different results and for the most part I know what brand works for me and usually just stick with it. I saw Too Faced has a product called 'Better than False Lashes'. So I had to try it! I mean who doesn't want longer, thicker looking eyelashes?
What Too Faced Cosmetics says about it: It's not a mascara, it's a miracle! This do-it-yourself lash extension system allows you to achieve the dramatic impact of false lashes AND the extreme length of lash extensions without the hassle, cost or commitment.

This is a simple 3 step system. Prime, Build, and Seal.
Step one: Apply the activating mascara to create a base for the nylon to adhere.

Step two: Apply 1 - 2 coats of the nylon fibers to build volume and length.

Step three: Finish by sealing the fibers with the activating mascara to create "Better than false lashes" look.

The application was extremely easy! But I had a few issues with this product.

I found when applying the activating mascara that it made my eyelashes extremely sticky. Especially if you put it on your lower lashes as well, making your eyelashes stick together. Even if you didn't put it on the bottom I found it would sometimes still stick to them.

I had to be careful with the Nylon fibers. If your not cautious you get them in your eye and thats not the greatest feeling.

I didn't get the dramatic look I was hoping for. This product definitely made my lashes a little longer but as for volume, I didn't see that. It also was quite clumpy looking and the fall out was pretty bad. Nothing like walking around with black specks under your eyes!

I also tried using one of my other mascaras from a different brand and I felt like it did a better job when not using the mascara that came with this. With using a different brand I still didn't see much difference in volume though.

Overall, I don't think I can recommend this to anyone. What works for one, doesn't work for all. I feel this product is good for lengthening and that's about it. For the price I feel like I can find cheaper alternatives. I wanted to love this, but I can't.

You can find Too Faced Better than False Lashes for $35 at UltaSephora, and Too Faced.

Palmolive Fresh Infusions Review

Influenster has done it again! This time they sent my three full sized Palmolive Fresh Infusions dish washing soaps. As a mom I can't tell you how excited I was about trying these. Back before my little one I would have never been excited about soap.

The Fresh Infusion line comes in three different scents. Lemon Thyme, Lime Basil, and Ginger & White Tea. They all smell so good and they are not overpowering like some scents can be. It's so hard to choose a favorite but at the moment it would definitely be Lemon Thyme!

I love that this soap stays nice and sudsy through out the whole dishwashing process! Unlike other dish washing soap brands this doesn't leave a film behind either! The packaging is quite cute too!

Per the request inside the box it said to share one with a lady in your life. I decided on sharing the Ginger & White Tea with my Mom. Her reaction to the Fresh Infusions was just like mine. She loves everything about it!

You can find the Palmolive Fresh Infusions at Walmart and for a pretty good price too!

Disclaimer : I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing and reviewing purposes.
